Of course, it’s hard to resist the glitz and glam of Charlotte Tilbury makeup, but it’s the skincare that has us repeat buying. The Magic Serum Crystal Elixir is a staple in my own bathroom vanity.

This year, running from 18th to 23rd November they’re offering a shop and save scheme: spend £80 and save £15 (use code MAGIC1), spend £120 and save £30 (code MAGIC2) and spend £250 and save £75 (code MAGIC3). Plus, 50% off Charlotte’s new Mystery Box with seven full-size makeup icons (£170 down to £85).
Fan-fave Trinny London tends to offer a site wide offer of 10% off for Black Friday which, though doesn’t sound like a lot, is a respectable for products this great (and that tend to hit the higher end of our budget). Though, this year things might be different. We’ve heard rumours that something extra special is coming for Black Friday 2023 — we’ll keep you updated as soon as the brand announces anything.

Since testing out this Australian beauty brand its become a firm favourite of mine, especially for saving my dry winter skin. I’ve just got word that they’re taking part in Black Friday this year and so had to spotlight their High Tide Water Cream if you’re thinking of shopping — my skin has been glowing since using.

Technically The Ordinary doesn’t take part in Black Friday. Instead they’re holding a ‘Slowvember’ sale: a 23% discount across all of its products for the whole of November to encourage skincare fans to shop slowly and mindfully. It’s a great chance to save not only on recognisable names like NARS, Saie and Charlotte Tilbury, but also on exciting newcomers (we’re always scrolling through the ‘New & Trending’ section for inspiration). We’re still waiting for 2023’s sale to be announced so, in the meantime, we’re eyeing up Escentric Molecules fragrance, Escentric 01, which is already in the sale (its a unique, universal scent and ideal gift idea for that hard-to-buy-for friend).

Selfridges doesn’t technically do Black Friday but it does hold a Christmas Comes Early sale over the same weekend so we’re including it in this round-up, hoping that this year is the same. For 2022, it offered up to 20% off luxury beauty brands.

Liberty London is our go-to for designer fragrances and luxury candles. This year they’re offering up to 20% on beauty, including perfumes from Creed, Le Labo and Vilhelm Parfumerie, and skincare from Augustinus Bader, La Mer and Kate Somerville. I know its not technically a beauty product but I couldn’t help but shout out Liberty’s house-blend candle, Hera. I wait for Black Friday to buy one every year for Christmas. It’s a luxurious and warming mix of rose, woodland moss and golden amber, and one of my favourite scents ever.

From Fenty Beauty to AESOP, La Mer to Tom Ford, the Harvey Nichols Black Friday event is always a must-shop on our list. They’re yet to announce their 2023 sale, but last year the offered 15% off a variety of these big-brand names.
